coverters.com provides a free, online file conversion service supporting images, documents, spreadsheets, audio, video and archive formats. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use coverters.com to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Convert files you do not own or do not have the right to process
• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the service
• Upload illegal content of any kind
• Use automated scripts or bots without prior written consent

4. File Size and Limits

Maximum file size is 512 MB per conversion. We reserve the right to impose additional limits to ensure service availability for all users.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your files. By uploading a file, you grant coverters.com a temporary, limited license to process it for conversion purposes only. This license ends when the file is deleted (within 5 minutes).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about conversion quality, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

coverters.com shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
